We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable and memorable experience while dining with us.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials and promotions.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables, checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately while maintaining proper cash handling procedures.
• Assist in food preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and timely order fulfillment.
• Address any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or as a server is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is a plus.
• Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
