Responsibilities

• Serve food and drinks promptly, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
• Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any needs or concerns
• Upsell menu items, promotions, or specials to enhance the dining experience and increase sales
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas
• Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times

Skills

• Strong background in hospitality and restaurant service with previous serving experience preferred
• Knowledge of food safety standards and basic food preparation techniques
• Excellent guest service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Basic math skills for handling bills, payments, and change accurately
• Kitchen experience or culinary knowledge is a plus for understanding menu items better
• Effective time management to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
• Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a positive attitude
• Familiarity with serving procedures, restaurant operations, and food safety regulations
