Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented Waiters / Waitresses to join our team. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner

• Take accurate food and beverage orders

• Explain menu items and make recommendations when required

• Serve food and beverages efficiently and according to company standards

• Ensure tables and dining areas are clean, organized, and properly set

• Check on guests regularly and respond to their requests

• Handle customer feedback professionally and escalate issues when necessary

• Process orders and payments accurately

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times

• Assist with opening and closing duties

• Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager

Requirements

• Previous F&B or customer service experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates / candidates with no experience are welcome to apply

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays

• Team player with good work discipline

• Basic English communication skills

• Good grooming and personal hygiene

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• TTDI: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
