About the role

We are seeking Daily Worker Contract for Waiter/Waitress to join our team at our premier hospitality venue in Badung, Bali. In this contract role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.

What you'll be doing

1. Greeting and seating customers in a friendly and professional manner
2. Taking accurate food and beverage orders and communicating them to the kitchen and bar teams
3. Delivering menu items to customers in a timely manner
4. Ensuring tables are promptly cleared and reset for the next guests
5. Handling cash and credit card payments efficiently
6. Responding promptly to customer inquiries and addressing any concerns
7. Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organisation in the dining area
8. Supporting the wider hospitality team as needed

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a restaurant, hotel or similar hospitality setting
2. Excellent customer service skills and a genuine passion for ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience
3. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
4. Keen attention to detail and the ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
5. Flexible and adaptable, with the willingness to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
6. A team player who is committed to contributing to the overall success of the restaurant
