Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a vibrant restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional guest services and will play a crucial role in ensuring a memorable dining experience. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and assisting with various tasks in the kitchen as needed. Your ability to manage time effectively while maintaining high standards of hospitality is essential.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using a POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly to guests’ tables.
• Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the dining area.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
• Basic maths skills for processing bills and handling payments.
• Knowledge of culinary practices and food preparation techniques is advantageous.
• Excellent guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of food safety regulations is desirable.
• A team player who can assist colleagues in various tasks as needed.
• Fluent in English
