Job Overview

Vito’s Italian Restaurant & Grill at Lake Anna is looking for energetic, dependable, and guest-focused Servers to join our team.

We are a busy, established Italian restaurant serving the Lake Anna community and its visitors. We’re looking for servers who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, know how to take care of guests, and want the opportunity to make great money while being part of a strong team.

Whether you already have serving experience or have the right personality and work ethic to learn, we want people who are positive, reliable, and ready to work.

What You’ll Do

As a Vito’s Server, you’ll be responsible for creating a great experience from the moment guests sit down until they leave.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests and providing friendly, attentive service
• Taking accurate food and beverage orders
• Learning our menu and confidently answering guest questions
• Making recommendations and suggesting appetizers, drinks, add-ons, and other menu items
• Delivering food and beverages accurately and efficiently
• Checking back with guests and anticipating their needs
• Maintaining clean and organized tables and service areas
• Working closely with bartenders, kitchen staff, support staff, and management
• Handling payments accurately
• Completing opening, running, and closing side work
• Following all restaurant policies, food-safety standards, and alcohol-service requirements
• Helping create a welcoming, team-oriented environment

Previous restaurant or serving experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.
