Job Summary

We are seeking a Waiter/Waitress to provide professional, attentive, and personalised service to our guests. The ideal candidate should be friendly, well-groomed, confident, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, attending to guest requests, maintaining service standards, and ensuring every guest has a positive dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide professional table service.
• Present menus and explain available food and beverage options.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them promptly to the kitchen/bar.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and according to service standards.
• Check regularly on guests to ensure their needs are met.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and complaints.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper presentation of tables and service areas.
• Ensure tables are properly set before and during service.
• Process or communicate guest bills accurately when required.
• Work closely with the kitchen, bar, runners, cashier, and other team members.
• Maintain a professional appearance and comply with grooming standards.
• Follow all hotel policies, food safety requirements, and service procedures.
• Support the team during busy periods, events, and special functions.
• Promote a personalised and memorable guest experience at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 year of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a hotel, restaurant, fine dinning, or similar hospitality environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good attention to detail and ability to take accurate orders.
• Pleasant personality with a positive and service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Good grooming and professional appearance.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Candidates with hospitality training or relevant certifications will be an advantage.
