Waiter/Waitress

• Welcome and greet guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar teams.
• Have good knowledge of the menu, ingredients, preparation methods and dietary requirements to assist guests with their selections.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and according to restaurant service standards.
• Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and respond promptly to requests.
• Handle guest questions, feedback and complaints professionally and escalate issues when required.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and proper presentation of tables and service areas.
• Set up, clear and reset tables efficiently during service.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen, bar and other service team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards at all times.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
• Support the team during busy periods, weekends and special events.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a restaurant, hotel or premium hospitality environment is preferred.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Pleasant personality with a strong guest-focused approach.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy restaurant environment.
• Strong teamwork and attention to detail.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Candidates with knowledge of international cuisine and dietary requirements will be preferred.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
