About the role
This is a Waiter/Waitress All-Rounder position responsible for supporting hotel operations at the Uluwatu, Bali location. The role encompasses restaurant service, front desk support, and general hotel operational assistance.
Key responsibilities
- Serve guests in the restaurant area
- Prepare and maintain the restaurant area
- Take and deliver food and beverages to guests
- Assist with guest needs during their stay at the hotel
- Support Front Desk operations, including guest check-in and check-out
- Answer guest inquiries and provide assistance via WhatsApp and telephone
- Assist with other hotel operational tasks as needed
About you
- Friendly, communicative, and possessing a positive attitude
- Neat appearance and professional demeanor
- Able to communicate in Indonesian and English
- Willing to work flexibly and support various hotel operational departments
- Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in hospitality, restaurant, or front desk is a plus
