Waiter/Waitress

Responsibilities Welcome guests warmly and guide them to their tables. Present menus, answer questions on menu items, and recommend signature dishes and beverages. Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen and bar efficiently. Serve orders promptly, ensuring proper presentation and guest satisfaction. Attend to guest needs with courtesy, paying attention to detail throughout their visit. Handle billing processes accurately and assist with guest payments. Collaborate with team members to maintain cleanliness, organization, and a welcoming atmosphere. Comply with food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

Desired Candidate Profile

Must have requirements Proven experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar guest service role in a high-end or luxury hotel/restaurant. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong command of English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Nice to have requirements Previous experience in a luxury or five-star hospitality setting. Knowledge of local cuisine and beverages. Additional language proficiency relevant to international guests. Barista and basic mixology skills.
