Position Summary

The Waiter/Waitress is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service by providing a welcoming, professional, and personalized dining experience. This role ensures efficient food and beverage service while maintaining the high hospitality standards of Reload Sanctuary. The ideal candidate is attentive, service-oriented, and passionate about creating memorable guest experiences in a wellness-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service

• Welcome guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements.
• Present menus and provide detailed knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
• Make recommendations based on guest preferences and dietary requirements.
• Ensure guests receive attentive, friendly, and professional service at all times.
• Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally.

Food & Beverage Operations

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages according to company service standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently and maintain cleanliness of dining areas.
• Ensure proper handling and presentation of all food and beverage items.

Operational Support

• Prepare restaurant and service areas before opening and after closing.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards in accordance with company policies.
• Assist with inventory control and stock replenishment when required.
• Ensure all equipment and service stations are clean and fully operational.

Teamwork & Communication

• Collaborate effectively with kitchen, bar, reception, and other departments.
• Communicate guest feedback and operational issues to supervisors.
• Support colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional service delivery.

Compliance & Standards

• Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and food handling regulations.
• Maintain grooming and appearance standards at all times.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant, café, hotel, wellness, or luxury service environments is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic English communication skills preferred.
• Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in wellness, luxury hospitality, boutique hotels, or premium service establishments.
• Knowledge of healthy food, nutrition, and wellness-oriented products.
• Experience using POS systems.
