Waiter/Waitress

Role Overview

We are looking for friendly, welcoming, and organised Waiters/Waitress for our new opening restaurant to provide excellent customer service to ensure our guests have an outstanding experience throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities

* Greet customers and present menus.

* Take accurate food and drink orders.

* Prepare and serve beverages promptly.

* Serve food from the kitchen promptly.

* Answer questions about menus items and make recommendations.

* Check on customer's satisfaction.

* Process bills and payments.

* Maintain clean and organised tables and dining areas.

* Communicate guest requests to managers and kitchen staff.

* Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Requirements

* Previous restaurant experience is desirable.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Friendly, professional, and well-presented manner.

* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

* Ability to work and remain calm under pressure.

* Great teamwork and attention to detail.

* Reliable and punctual.

* Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

* Right to work in the UK.

Pay: £13.00-£16.00 per hour
