Duties

• Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance guest experience
• Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are adhered to at all times
• Clear tables efficiently and maintain cleanliness of dining areas
• Handle guest queries courteously, resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
• Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred ; training will be provided
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling
• Experience in serving, food preparation, or culinary roles is advantageous
• Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities
• Good communication skills and a friendly demeanour when interacting with guests
• Basic maths skills for handling bills and transactions
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours
• A proactive attitude towards guest services and upselling techniques
