Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with a friendly, professional attitude
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring timely delivery and presentation
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, including ingredients and food safety protocols
• Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure overall satisfaction during their visit

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant settings preferred; a background in serving is highly valued
• Strong understanding of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
• Basic math skills for accurately processing orders and payments
• Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is a plus
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
• Exceptional guest service skills with a positive, energetic attitude
• Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining professionalism

Pay: £10.00-£13.00 per hour
