Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
• Take accurate food and drink orders, providing recommendations when necessary.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets our high standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables and service stations.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times.
• Assist with catering events as needed, showcasing versatility in service styles.
• Support barista duties when required, preparing coffee and other beverages for guests.

Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant setting is highly desirable, particularly in serving roles.
• Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety practices is essential.
• Experience in catering services would be advantageous but not mandatory.
• A background in hospitality or customer service will be beneficial for success in this role.
