Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled
• Serve dishes and drinks efficiently while maintaining presentation standards
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables promptly during busy periods
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations about menu options, specials, and wine pairings
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in during meals and addressing any concerns promptly
• Maintain a high standard in the venue

Experience

• Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality environment is desired
• Familiarity with serving procedures, food safety regulations, and basic culinary practices is advantageous
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members
• Basic math skills for handling bills, payments, and order calculations accurately
• Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• A passion for delivering excellent guest services and creating welcoming atmospheres

Pay: £13.00-£16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45.0 per week
