Delamina Marylebone is looking for an experienced Waiter to join our full-time front of house team.

We are a busy, established Eastern Mediterranean restaurant in the heart of Marylebone, known for warm, informal service, great food and a loyal following of regular guests.

We are looking for a Waiter who knows how to look after a section properly. Someone who is confident with guests, understands good service and enjoys working as part of a strong team.

The Role

As a Waiter, you’ll be responsible for your own section and the guest experience from arrival through to payment.

You’ll need to know the menu, understand the dishes and ingredients, make genuine recommendations and be comfortable talking about wine, cocktails and the way our menu works.

We want personality and confidence, not scripted service.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Waiter in a busy, quality restaurant
• Confident running your own section
• Strong guest service and communication skills
• Good food and drink knowledge
• Comfortable making recommendations and explaining dishes
• Reliable and organised during busy services
• Full-time availability, including evenings and weekends
• Good English
• A positive, team-first attitude
