Wildlands is an award winning and unique adventure and accommodation development with restaurant and events room set within 20 acres of mature woodlands, on the N59 overlooking Ballyquirke Lough in Moycullen, Co. Galway. Wildlands opened in 2020 and consists of:

· An adventure park with activities for all ages.

· An elevated light-filled events space which holds 200+ overlooking the development.

· A contemporary 150-seater restaurant, the Olive Tree Kitchen.

The successful candidate will:

Have previous experience in a food and beverage setting working in a high volume, quality restaurant environment or previous experience in coffee house, restaurant or cafe.

Be passionate about delivering high-quality food service

Be a clear communicator and enjoy being part of a team

The Role:

We’re on the lookout for Wait Staff join our team at Wildlands Galway in time for our Summer season. This Part-Time role offers the right candidate an opportunity to use their skillset in a busy and exciting adventure, food & beverage and hospitality park setting. It may also suit those new to the industry looking for their first step.

Report to:
Restaurant Manager.

Start Date:
June 2025.

● Have previous experience in a similar role

● A passion excellent service

● Good communication skills.
