• Present menus and explain daily specials

• Take food and beverage orders accurately

• Enter orders into the POS system

• Serve food and drinks promptly

• Check on customers to ensure satisfaction

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints

• Clear tables and reset them for the next guests

• Process payments and operate the cash register

• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area

• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff

• Follow food safety and hygiene standards

• Assisting with food preparation (washing, peeling, cutting ingredients)

• Maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen, work areas, and storage areas

• Assisting chefs with basic kitchen duties
