WAITRESS Position:

We are looking for professional, energetic, and guest-focused Waitresses to join the opening team of our new Mediterranean restaurant and nightlife concept.

The ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills, a polished appearance, and a strong understanding of high-quality restaurant and nightlife service.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide professional and attentive service throughout their visit.
• Present menus and explain food, beverages, cocktails, and promotions.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar.
• Have strong knowledge of the menu, ingredients, allergens, and beverage offerings.
• Make recommendations and upsell food, cocktails, premium beverages, and special offers when appropriate.
• Ensure orders are served accurately, efficiently, and according to company standards.
• Maintain awareness of guests' needs throughout the entire service.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen, bar, hostess, and management teams.
• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly presented tables.
• Follow service sequence and restaurant standards.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Maintain excellent personal hygiene and professional appearance.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and responsible-service procedures.
• Support special events, entertainment nights, and nightlife activations.
• Build positive relationships with regular and VIP guests.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a waitress in a high-end restaurant, hotel, lounge, or nightlife venue.
• Nightlife or upscale hospitality experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and upselling ability.
• Professional, confident, and friendly personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work late evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
• Good English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
• Well-groomed and professionally presented.

2. HOSTESS Position:

We are looking for an elegant, confident, and highly organized Hostess to become the first point of contact for our guests.

The Hostess will be responsible for creating an excellent first impression, managing reservations and seating, coordinating guest flow, and supporting the restaurant's VIP and nightlife experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet every guest warmly and professionally.
• Create a strong first impression and maintain a friendly, confident, and polished presence.
• Manage reservations, walk-ins, waiting lists, and table allocations.
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
• Coordinate closely with the restaurant management and service team regarding table availability.
• Monitor table status and guest flow throughout the service.
• Manage VIP guests and special occasions with discretion and attention to detail.
• Handle guest inquiries regarding reservations, menus, events, and promotions.
• Communicate expected waiting times accurately.
• Maintain accurate reservation records and guest information.
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth table turnover.
• Assist with special events, launches, nightlife nights, and VIP events.
• Support guest recovery when issues arise and immediately involve management when necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Ensure professional telephone and reservation communication.
• Maintain excellent personal grooming and appearance.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Hostess in an upscale restaurant, hotel, lounge, club, or nightlife venue.
• Hospitality or nightlife experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and welcoming personality.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional appearance and excellent grooming standards.
• Comfortable working in a busy and high-energy environment.
• Strong English communication skills; Arabic language is an advantage.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
