Waitress

About the role

This is a full-time position for a waitress in a bar setting, responsible for delivering excellent guest service, managing orders, and maintaining bar operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, providing them with menus and beverage lists
• Take and serve drink and food orders accurately and efficiently
• Recommend specialty drinks or menu items based on guest preferences
• Ensure the bar and seating area are clean, well-organized, and fully stocked
• Process payments, handle cash, and operate the POS system
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Assist in setting up and closing the bar, including cleaning duties

About you

• Previous experience as a waitress, preferably in a bar setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of service
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and cocktails is a plus

Experience:

• Restaurant/Banquet Server: 1 year (Preferred)
