Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and provide recommendations when needed.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
• Ensure guests have an enjoyable dining experience and respond promptly to their needs.
• Maintain a good knowledge of the menu, ingredients, promotions, and daily offerings.
• Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and other departments to ensure smooth and timely service.
• Set up, clean, and maintain dining areas, tables, and service stations according to BSC standards.
• Process guest orders and payments accurately when required.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards throughout the service area.
• Support daily restaurant operations, events, and special functions when required.
• Follow all company policies, service procedures, and health and safety standards.
