What they need
We are seeking a customer-focused Waitress to deliver exceptional dining experiences by welcoming guests, taking orders, and serving food with a warm, professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests, present menus, and offer recommendations.
- Take orders accurately via POS and coordinate with kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and clear tables.
- Process bill payments and maintain dining area cleanliness.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of waitress/server experience.
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and strong customer service skills.
