About the Role

Provide professional food and beverage service while ensuring guest satisfaction and compliance with hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare tables, service stations, and mise en place before service.
• Welcome guests, present menus, and explain daily specials.
• Take orders accurately and operate the Micros POS system.
• Serve food and beverages according to service standards.
• Recommend menu items and apply appropriate upselling techniques.
• Check guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
• Prepare bills, process payments, and clear tables.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure equipment is in good condition.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and hotel procedures.
• Attend required meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or higher qualification in a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in a four- or five-star hotel or restaurant.
• Good English communication skills.
• Service-minded, energetic, and well-groomed.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
