Waitress

Position: Waiter / Service Associate
Department: Food & Beverage

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
• Explain menu items, specials, and promotions to customers.
• Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar for timely order service.
• Handle customer requests and resolve basic service issues politely.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and grooming.
• Prepare and clear tables before and after service.
• Process bills and payments accurately when required.
• Follow restaurant service standards and safety procedures.
• Work effectively with the team during busy service hours.

Requirements:

• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous restaurant/café experience is preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
