We are looking for a professional, friendly and experienced Waitress to join our restaurant team.

The ideal candidate should have good food-serving experience, strong English communication skills and a pleasant, professional personality. As a Waitress, you will interact directly with our guests and represent the restaurant, so excellent customer service and professional conduct are essential.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waitress / Food Server in a restaurant or similar F&B establishment
• Good English communication skills
• Professional, friendly and presentable personality
• Good customer service and interpersonal skills
• Able to take orders accurately and serve food professionally
• Basic knowledge of restaurant service and hygiene standards
• Able to work efficiently in a busy restaurant environment
• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
• Candidates available to join immediately will be preferred

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take customer orders accurately
• Serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards
• Explain menu items and assist customers when required
• Maintain cleanliness and proper table setup
• Coordinate with kitchen and other team members
• Handle customer requests and concerns professionally
• Maintain excellent grooming, hygiene and customer-service standards
