Waitress

We are looking for a friendly and service-oriented Waitress to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent guest service, ensuring smooth restaurant operations, and creating a positive dining experience for our guests.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive service
• Present menus, take orders, and offer recommendations
• Serve food and beverages according to standards
• Ensure tables are clean, set, and ready for service
• Upsell menu items and promotions
• Handle guest requests and resolve concerns professionally
• Process bills and payments accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the outlet
• Assist in opening and closing procedures
• Follow company policies and health & safety standards

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role (hotel or restaurant preferred)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of POS systems
• Fluent in English (additional language is an advantage
