Waitress

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Waitress to join our Food & Beverage team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, taking and serving food and beverage orders, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Present menus and provide accurate information about food and beverage items.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen/bar team.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Attend to guest requests and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper presentation of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
• Clear and reset tables according to service standards.
• Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally and escalate them when necessary.
• Assist with upselling menu items and promotions when appropriate.
• Follow hotel policies, food safety, hygiene, and health and safety standards.
• Work closely with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Waitress, Waiter, or F&B Server in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Pleasant, professional, and well-groomed appearance.
• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a multicultural team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Food Handling Certificate is an advantage/required as applicable.
• Candidates currently in Qatar with a valid QID/transferable status are preferred.
