• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
• Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation meets quality standards
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas
• Follow all food safety protocols, including proper food handling and hygiene practices
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any issues swiftly
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed, including setting up or cleaning dining spaces
• Use excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours while maintaining high service standards
