Salary: ₦80,000 per month
Work Schedule: 2 days in and 2 days out

Job Summary

We are seeking a courteous, energetic, and customer-focused Waitress to provide excellent dining service to our guests. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• Welcome and attend to customers in a polite, professional, and friendly manner.
• Present menus, explain available meals and beverages, and provide recommendations when required.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them promptly to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and according to established service standards.
• Ensure orders are correct, complete, and properly presented before serving.
• Regularly check on customers to ensure satisfaction and attend to additional requests.
• Clear and reset tables promptly after customers leave.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of tables, chairs, service stations, and dining areas.
• Process customer bills and payments accurately when required.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate serious issues to the supervisor.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, cashier, and other service staff.
• Ensure proper handling of crockery, cutlery, glassware, and other service equipment.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and cleaning the restaurant.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, prices, promotions, and available products.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and customer-service standards at all times.
• Support the team during busy periods and special events.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Restaurant Supervisor or Management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience as a Waitress, Server, or similar hospitality role.
• Experience working in a restaurant, hotel, lounge, bar, or similar hospitality environment.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to take orders accurately and work efficiently under pressure.
• Good numerical and basic cash-handling skills.
• Professional appearance and good personal hygiene.
• Ability to stand and work for extended periods.
• Must be punctual, reliable, courteous, and team-oriented.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and evenings when required.

Pay: ₦80,000.00 per month
