Job Title: Waiter / Waitress

Reports To: Restaurant Supervisor / Restaurant Manager

Job Summary

To provide excellent customer service by welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a clean, comfortable, and pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus, explain menu items, and assist customers with their selections.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Ensure tables, dining areas, and service stations are clean and properly arranged.
• Respond to customer requests, inquiries, and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with kitchen and barista staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Prepare bills, process payments, and handle cash or card transactions when required.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and company service standards.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and restocking supplies.
• Perform other related duties assigned by management.

Pay: Up to QAR1.00 per month
