Waitress

• Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival

• Present menus, explain food and beverage items, and make recommendations when needed

• Take accurate food and drink orders and input them into the POS system

• Serve food and beverages promptly and according to service standards

• Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and respond to requests or complaints professionally

• Clear tables efficiently and reset them for the next guests

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area at all times

• Assist with opening and closing duties (mise en place, polishing, restocking, etc.)

• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service

• Follow all hygiene, health, and safety - standards

• Upsell menu items, promotions, and specials when appropriate
