Waitress

We are looking for a friendly, customer-oriented, and enthusiastic Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate should provide excellent customer service, take food and beverage orders accurately, and ensure a pleasant dining experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and escort them to their tables.
• Present menus and explain food and beverage options.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately.
• Ensure tables are clean, properly arranged, and ready for customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries and handle requests professionally.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery.
• Process bills and payments when required.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the dining area.
• Handle customer complaints politely and inform the supervisor when necessary.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a waitress or in a customer service role is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality with a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good grooming and personal hygiene.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
