Waitress

We are looking for a Waitress to join our team and lead our front-of-house service with excellence. You will be the face of our dining experience—delivering exceptional service with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail. Your role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring every guest feels valued, well-served, and satisfied throughout their visit.

This position is perfect for someone with a passion for hospitality, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to creating memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greeting and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Present menu and provide detailed information when requested (e.g.,ingredients, allergies. preparation methods)
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter then into the POS system
• Serve food and drinks to guests according to service standards
• Ensure tables are clean, organized and properly set before and after service
• Handle guest requests, questions, and complaints politely and efficiently
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
• Process bills and payments accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area
• Follow company SOPs, health, and safety standards

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Able to communicate fluently in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Excellent grooming and attitude behaviour
• Strong upselling skill and product knowledge
• Willing to learn and easy to adapt with the work environment
• Able to work under pressure
• Discipline
• Familiar with POS System
