Waitress / Hostess

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Waitress / Hostess to join our restaurant team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
• Assist with seating guests and manage table arrangements.
• Present menus and explain menu items, promotions, and special offers when required.
• Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen and bar team.
• Serve food and beverages in a professional and timely manner.
• Check on guests during their meals to ensure satisfaction.
• Respond politely and professionally to customer requests and complaints.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper presentation of tables, service areas, and the restaurant.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently.
• Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, cashier, and other service staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with reservations and guest inquiries when required.
• Follow all restaurant service standards, hygiene procedures, and company policies.
• Handle customer needs professionally and maintain a positive attitude at all times.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Supervisor.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Waitress, Hostess, or in a similar restaurant/hospitality role is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant, friendly, and professional personality.
• Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy restaurant environment.
• Good teamwork and coordination skills.
• Good English communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Candidates currently in the UAE are preferred.
