Waitress / Restaurant Service Staff

Doaba Dhaba (Nawanshahr) is looking for a friendly, hardworking, and responsible Waitress to join our restaurant team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for providing excellent service to customers and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers in a polite and friendly manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve food and drinks to customers.
• Explain menu items and answer customer questions when required.
• Ensure tables are clean, organized, and ready for customers.
• Check customer satisfaction during their meal.
• Handle customer requests professionally.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other restaurant staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.

Requirements

• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Polite, presentable, and friendly personality.
• Responsible and punctual.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Previous restaurant/waitressing experience is preferred but freshers can also apply.
• Basic knowledge of Hindi/Punjabi is preferred.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
