Waitress / Server

We are looking for a friendly, energetic Waitress to join our front-of-house team at Bait Al Fateer. You will be the face of the restaurant — greeting guests, guiding them through our Egyptian menu, taking orders accurately, and making sure every table leaves happy.

Key Responsibilities

▪ Greet and seat guests warmly and promptly

▪ Present menus, explain our Egyptian dishes and daily specials, and answer questions about ingredients and preparation

▪ Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system

▪ Serve orders to tables and check back to ensure guest satisfaction

▪ Keep tables, service stations, and dining areas clean and properly set

▪ Handle billing and payments accurately

▪ Communicate clearly with kitchen and beverage staff to ensure smooth service

▪ Follow all food safety, hygiene, and grooming standards

▪ Support teammates during peak hours and assist with opening and closing duties

REQUIREMENTS

▪ 1–2 years experience as a waitress or server in a restaurant, café, or hotel (UAE experience is an advantage) — fresh candidates with the right attitude are welcome to apply

▪ Good spoken English — Arabic is a strong plus

▪ Friendly, presentable, and guest-focused attitude

▪ Able to stand for long shifts and work in a fast-paced environment

▪ Willing to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and public holidays

▪ Basic knowledge of POS systems and food hygiene practices (training provided)

▪ Interest in Middle Eastern and Egyptian cuisine is an advantage — full menu training provided

▪ Valid UAE residence visa, or willing to be sponsored by the company

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
