Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable
• Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring proper presentation and quality
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Process cash and credit transactions accurately while handling cash handling responsibilities responsibly
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery for a seamless dining experience

Requirements

• Previous food service experience in restaurants or the food industry is highly preferred
• Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms for order processing
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle guest relations effectively
• Experience with beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine knowledge, and drink presentation techniques
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts in fine dining or nightclub settings
• Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities
• Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment
