• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
• Ensure food safety standards are upheld by following proper handling procedures and sanitation practices.
• Manage multiple tables effectively through excellent time management skills, ensuring prompt service for all guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation, ensuring timely delivery of orders.

Requirements

• Proven experience working as a waitress or in a similar restaurant bar role, with demonstrated hospitality skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling and sanitation.
• Experience in serving beverages, including alcohol service, adhering to responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Basic math skills for handling bills, payments, and cash register operations accurately.
• Familiarity with food preparation processes and kitchen operations is a plus.
• Strong time management abilities to handle busy service periods efficiently.
