Waitress/Bar Staff

Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Waitress/Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and take their orders efficiently
• Serve food and beverages accurately and promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and bar
• Handle cash and card payments accurately using the POS system
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and hygiene regulations
• Replenish stock levels at the bar and service stations as needed
• Assist in setting up tables for service and clearing after guests leave
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and drinks
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods

Skills

• Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant roles is advantageous
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices
• Excellent serving skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tables efficiently
• Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
• Effective time management to ensure prompt service even during peak hours
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Personable attitude with excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse customers
