Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, bar, and service stations
• Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, adhering to food safety standards
• Manage cash transactions accurately using basic math skills and POS systems
• Support kitchen staff with basic food prep when required, ensuring smooth service flow
• Monitor guest satisfaction, respond promptly to inquiries or concerns, and ensure a positive experience

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred but not essential; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are most important
• Familiarity with serving techniques, food safety regulations, and basic kitchen procedures is advantageous
• Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently
• Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic math skills for handling payments accurately
• Knowledge of culinary practices or kitchen experience is a plus but not mandatory

Pay: £10.50-£14.00 per hour
