Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails and beverages to a high standard
• Take accurate orders and handle transactions efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organised bar and service area
• Assist with stock rotation and ensure all health & safety regulations are met

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a waiter/bartender in a busy bar or restaurant
• Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation and presentation
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a team
• A proactive and positive attitude
