Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate orders for food and beverages, offering recommendations and upselling where appropriate
• Prepare and serve drinks responsibly, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
• Ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Assist in food preparation tasks when needed, supporting kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
• Manage cash transactions accurately using POS systems and handle guest payments efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace including bar area, dining space, and service stations
• Engage with guests to enhance their experience, address concerns promptly, and foster a lively atmosphere

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings preferred; experience in serving or bartending is a plus
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating bills accurately
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours
• Excellent guest service abilities with a positive attitude and clear communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Kitchen or culinary experience is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is essential
