Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks, with flair and professionalism
• Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring quality standards and food safety regulations are maintained
• Upsell menu items to boost sales and promote specials or new offerings effectively
• Manage cash transactions accurately using POS systems and handle guest payments efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar and dining areas, adhering to food safety standards and sanitation protocols
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns promptly

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly preferred
• Familiarity with serving techniques, food safety practices, and basic math skills for handling transactions
• Kitchen or culinary experience is a plus, providing insight into food preparation and presentation
• Strong time management skills to juggle multiple tables or drink orders seamlessly
• Excellent guest service skills with a friendly attitude and ability to create a welcoming atmosphere
• Knowledge of upselling strategies to enhance guest satisfaction while increasing sales
