Duties

• Greet guests warmly, take accurate food and drink orders, and deliver prompt, friendly service throughout their visit
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, following all safety and quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all tools and supplies are properly stored and sanitized
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Manage cash transactions accurately using POS systems, handle bills, and process payments efficiently
• Assist in food preparation or kitchen duties as needed to support smooth service flow
• Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and proper handling of food and beverages at all times

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly preferred
• Knowledge of serving techniques, beverage preparation, and food safety standards is essential
• Familiarity with basic math skills for handling transactions and measuring ingredients
• Experience with kitchen or culinary tasks is a plus, demonstrating versatility in food preparation
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy hours
• Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a positive attitude
