Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service whether taking orders at the table, preparing drinks at the bar, or serving beverages as a barista.
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including coffee, cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks with precision and care.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station, dining area, and bar to ensure a welcoming environment.
• Manage multiple tables or bar orders efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using basic math skills; process payments swiftly and give correct change.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit; address any concerns promptly to ensure an enjoyable experience.
• Follow all food safety regulations and company policies to uphold health standards at all times.

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality roles such as serving, bartending, or working as a barista is preferred.
• Familiarity with food safety practices ensures safe handling of beverages and food items.
• Strong time management skills enable you to juggle multiple orders seamlessly during busy hours.
• Basic math proficiency is essential for processing payments accurately.
• Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant or café environment helps you adapt quickly and deliver exceptional service.
