Duties

• Greet guests warmly and seat them promptly, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests are noted and communicated clearly to the kitchen staff
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
• Provide exceptional guest service by answering questions about menu items, recommending dishes, and upselling specials to enhance the dining experience
• Monitor tables for guest needs, refilling drinks and attending to any additional requests promptly
• Follow food safety protocols during food handling and preparation to ensure health standards are met
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks when needed, supporting kitchen staff during busy periods
• Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
