Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The Server will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering outstanding service to every guest. waiting staff also keep all there tips and this is not shared with kitchen or management.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems or manually
• Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while maintaining presentation standards
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests
• Clear tables and reset for new guests efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, including dining tables and stations
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies to uphold health standards
• Assist with opening or closing duties as needed

Experience

• Previous experience as a Server or in a customer service role is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays of food or beverages safely
• A friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £10.85-£12.55 per hour
