Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests feel welcomed, well-served, and satisfied throughout their visit. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and present menus with a friendly attitude.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using a point-of-sale system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards.
• Provide information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
• Upsell additional items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal and address any concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables and utensils.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals.

• Strong hospitality skills with a passion for providing excellent guest services.
• Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
• Basic maths skills for processing payments accurately.
• Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
