Waitress/Server

Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Server to join our team. Responsibilities

• Greet guests and escort them to their tables
• Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options
• Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
• Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
• Serve food and drinks to guests in a professional and courteous manner
• Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
• Clear tables and clean dining area after guests have finished their meal
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
• Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent guest service

Skills
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

• Experience with A point-of-sale systems
• Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
• Knowledge of sanitation practices in a restaurant setting
• Understanding of food safety regulations
• Culinary knowledge to answer guest questions about menu items
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for providing top-notch guest services
• Strong teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with other staff members
